Mohamed Akrout - Biography

I was born and raised in Tunisia, where I remained until finishing high school at Lycee pilote de Bizerte. I graduated with honors from my Bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in Canada, and obtained the "Diplome d’Ingenieur" degree from Telecom ParisTech (ENST) in Paris, France, in 2016. In 2018, I received my Masters' degree in artificial intelligence from the University of Toronto in Canada. I have worked in the data science industry for over 5 years. My research interests lie broadly in classical and deep signal processing for healthcare and wireless communication applications.
